About me

I'm the writer of this blog. I have always loved writing, and it's after I spent last year in England that I really wanted to start a blog. I started getting very interested in make-up around the age of fifteen when I first started watching beauty videos on YouTube. Some of my favorite brands include Chanel and YSL, but I also love Revlon and The Body Shop.

Beauty is not my only interest, and I also love literature. I've always been an avid reader, and some authors I love is Sylvia Plath, Jane Austen, The Brontë Sisters, Fyodor Dostoevsky, Franz Kafka and so on.

Why the name? The name of the blog is taken from a book I love very much, called "Let  The Great World Spin" by Colum McCann. But I believe he stole the title from a poem - but I just loved it as a blog name. It is a bit of a long name, but hopefully it has a certain "sound" that people will remember.

I'm the writer of this blog, a girl who loves a bit of everything. I love Chai Latte and Franz Kafka, but I also know almost every Taylor Swift song there is. I'm not british or american, but I lived a year in England last year.
